Royal House Antiques is delighted to offer for sale this pair of fully restored hand dyed whisky brown leather Chesterfield sofas with kilim upholstered cushions. Both sofas have been reupholstered in premium English cattle hide leather, they were upholstered plain then hand dyed this stunning whiskey brown colour. The frames are solid mahogany and the legs are solid to the frame not later edition screw ins. The seat base platform is a traditional Victorian coil sprung affair, it has springs all over and all of them are hand tied and hessian supported with horse hair stuffing. The cushions are the original kilim's which are fully upholstered on both sides so should the worst happen and you stain or mark one side then you can simply flip them over, they are stuffed with feathers. Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point, if you would like any additional or specific measurements please ask.
