Antique Porch Light Moe Co. Refinished Restored Patina Excellent (#2 of 2)

  
A striking antique Moe Co. Porch or wall sconce fixture fully reconditioned and refinished. It is excellent with no noted damage or repairs. Instead of repainting it to match the original factory black finish, an oxidized copper patina was hand applied to give the appearance of weathered copper. The fixture appears to be antique cast aluminum with its original factory black finish.

The patina gives the fixture a rich and well weathered appearance. All 4 panes of antique amber glass are original and are lightly "seeded". More of a golden amber look than a darker orange amber tone.

The fixture is wired to be installed to a wall by 2 screws. Any fixture should be installed by an electrician.

This light is 27 inches in length x 7 1/4 in across the widest section. It stands out from the wall roughly 9 1/2 inches. The top over the light opens by loosening a single thumb screw on one side for access to the bulb when needed. The mounting panel measures 8 in.

The fixture weighs almost 6 pounds as shown.
