We meticulously dissembled all existing parts and electrical connections and repaired as needed, cleaned, and reassembled to bring this piece back to life by our skilled technicians. All inside components have been refurbished and re-protected. All visible parts have been professionally polished, restored, and/or professionally painted with show car automotive paint. This model is a single speed fan and has no switch as originally manufactured. The cage has a custom brass plate finish on this really beautiful little fan to make it a one of a kind piece.The "Busy B" cage button was restored in the original colors and specially protected with our custom preservation process! The label was recreated by our skilled staff and is the original configuration, verbiage, and colors. The balanced blades work perfectly. The fan can be operated as normal and is so beautiful to display! The brush type motor is specially interesting for such a small fan and shows the ingenuity of our fathers engineers!
INSTRUCTIONS: We also recommend NOT to operate the fan for more than 15 minutes at a time until the refurbished bearings have run in. After all the fan is 95 years old! Other than the tilt operation DO NOT attempt to make any other adjustments.These old fans are very temperamental. The fan was aligned and balanced by our skilled technicians. We recommend that it be used sparingly (more for display), as the internal ancient electrical components ARE the originals.
By the way, understand the reflections in the pictures may make things look like there are bare spots or paint missing. This is an illusion, there are no chips or bare spots. We have restored this fan to fit into your kitchen, office, or any other room and add a beautiful accent to wherever you decide to display it, Just read some of our feedback comments! Beware other "mom & pop" restored fans!
